National Energy Efficient Building Project

As part of the Sustain SA team lead by Healthy Environs, dsquared worked to develop the Stage 2 report for the NEEPB project, a Federal Government initiative to investigate the robustness of the National Construction Code, and seek to establish potential improvements. This important project is leading the way towards creating more effective energy efficiency measures in the Code.

The Stage 2 report has now been published:

"Paul & Deborah have provided Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc with strategic direction and expert advice for Environmental Initiatives in designing of facilities and overall operational impacts, and during their involvement we have found them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable in their valued support and guidance. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

Daniel Rosato, Development Manager, Southern Cross Care (SA & NT) Inc.

"I have worked with Paul Davy on numerous projects and have always found him to be very knowledgeable and highly professional. Paul is an exceptional communicator and has an extremely collaborative approach."

Philip Clatworthy, Director: Facilities Management, University of South Australia

"We have been working with dsquared now for over two years across a range of sustainability related activities. One of their main strengths is the breadth of knowledge and expertise that Paul, Deborah and team bring to our projects. The quality of their work is excellent. They are trusted advisers to me and my team".

Jonathan Pheasant, Office of Services & Resources, The University of Adelaide

“Paul and Deborah at dsquared have been instrumental in assisting Renewal SA at Bowden and our clients change their way of thinking about how Green Star can be employed and done so in a commercial context. In an economic environment where developers are seeking to cut costs and protect margins and government is still trying to lift the bar on design, dsquared have assisted in communicating the benefits of Green Star but also providing a legible path through it".

Chris Menz, Project Director: Bowden, Renewal SA
